SCRAMBLED EGGS

What a great way to start the day, eggs and sourdough. So simple but yet so satisfying.


And for the best and most tastiest eggs make sure you buy the best quality possible, nothing cheap.

Ingredients

  • 6 good quality eggs.

  • 2 knobs of butter.

  • Fresh chives.

Method

  1. Place a non-stick frying pan over a medium-low heat and add the eggs, butter and season. Then using a wooden spoon or plastic spatula mix the eggs.

  2. Continue to gently mix the eggs as the butter melts. Once the eggs are softly set and still a little runny take off the heat, they will continue to cook off the heat. Take the chives, chop and mix into the eggs. Serve immediately with some beautiful toasted sourdough, enjoy.
