Ditch the utensils and use the flatbread for spooning up your favourite curry , some lovely lentils or stuff with chicken and wrap. Tear and dip into soup. Or use as the perfect vessel for housing your homemade kebabs.
Ingredients
200 g self raising flour.
140 g fat free Greek yoghurt.
Pinch of salt.
Method
Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well till it all comes together to form a dough. Divide into 4 individual dough balls, lightly flour your work top and roll out.
Get a non-stick frying pan over a medium to high heat and cook dry for a couple of minutes on each side. When you get nice golden brown spots on the bread it’s time to flip over.
I also like to add fresh chillis into the dough at times or different types of herbs so just have a play.
